Christopher A. Baas
Christopher A. Baas is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP), and Certified Business Manager (CBM).. He attended Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa graduating in May of 1997 with a degree in Accounting. Chris worked as a staff accountant during and after his college career with Baas, Bruce, & Associates, P.C. in Omaha. He was also employed as a staff auditor and staff tax accountant with KPMG LLP international in Des Moines, Iowa from September 1998 before returning to Baas & Associates, P.C. in February, 2000. He manages the firms' internal operations and administration. Chris is involved with client relations, tax and assurance advisory and compliance services, business finance and operations consulting, technology and software consulting, and personal financial planning and advisement. He is in charge of managing the firm's software deployment and licensing, hardware implementation and maintenance, and related technology activities. He handles the firm's web presence, maintenance, and administration. He has had experience with web site/application development, database, graphic/video design, network administration, along with other technology related pursuits. Other Credentials include: Certified NetSuite Consultant/Solution Provider, Certified Advanced Quickbooks ProAdvisor®, Sage® Software Accountant Alliance Program (SAA) as it relates to MAS 90/200™, and Microsoft® Registered Partner.
He is married to his wife Ami and they have a daughter Averi.
