The task of implementing an integrated accounting system
is large and often complex. B&A makes it easy in the following ways:
- Design/Planning: This phase provides a framework
from which the entire system is to be built. During this phase, we will
attempt to identify and document the features your company needs in an accounting
and business management software system.
- Implementation: We will set up the system in a way
that works best for your company. Perhaps that means installation on a weekend,
so your business is never interrupted. B&A will install the system in the most efficient
way for your unique needs.
- Training: A new accounting system is useless without
knowledgeable people to run it. We will train your staff on the system and
make sure they feel comfortable with the change.
- Follow-up: At B&A, we believe that our service to
you does not stop once the installation is complete. And, as your staff
uses the system, they will have questions or suggestions to further improve
the system. We will visit your office at least twice after installation
to see how things are going. We're also available by phone or email for
questions that arise later.
